Our Approach

We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our primary target for design and development. Accessibility is an ongoing commitment rather than a one-time achievement. We regularly conduct internal reviews and actively welcome user feedback to identify and address potential barriers.

 

Accessibility Features in NexaTabs

We have implemented several accessibility considerations across the extension, including the popup, welcome dashboard, import wizard, and Quick Note window:

• Full keyboard navigation support for core actions (such as switching workspaces, expanding details, and activating buttons)

• Respect for system-level preferences, including Reduce Motion and Increase Contrast

• Clear visual hierarchy, sufficient color contrast, and visible focus indicators

• Larger, easy-to-target controls for primary actions

• Proper labeling and structure, including ARIA attributes where appropriate for dynamic content

• Support for light and dark themes with readable text and sanitized tab titles for predictability

 

Scope and Limitations

This Accessibility Statement applies to the user interface of NexaTabs itself (the popup, dashboard, settings, and related components) and this website.

NexaTabs works with third-party websites loaded in browser tabs. We do not control the accessibility of external websites. Features such as multi-session support may also be influenced by how individual websites behave within the browser.
