We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our data practices for NexaTabs.

1. Information We Collect

NexaTabs is intentionally designed as a fully local and privacy-focused extension. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

• All workspace data — including saved tabs, URLs, notes, bookmarks, settings, themes, and preferences — is stored exclusively on your local device using the browser’s local storage API.

• No data is sent to our servers or any third-party services.

• We do not use analytics, tracking, or any form of usage monitoring.

• The extension only requests the minimum browser permissions required for its functionality.

We do not have any server infrastructure connected to NexaTabs. Therefore, it is technically impossible for us to collect or access any user data from the extension itself.

2. How We Use Your Data

Any data created within NexaTabs (workspaces, notes, bookmarks, or settings) remains entirely on your device and is used solely to provide the extension’s features, such as:

• Saving and restoring tab workspaces

• Supporting multi-session accounts

• Managing notes and bookmarks

• Applying your chosen theme and customization options

We do not use your data for any other purpose.

3. Supported Browsers

NexaTabs is available for Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, and Firefox. Your data stays stored locally on your device regardless of which supported browser you use.

4. Data from Extension Stores

The only information we may receive is aggregate, anonymized data provided by the respective extension stores (such as number of downloads, ratings, or reviews on the Chrome Web Store, Edge Add-ons, Opera Add-ons, or Firefox Add-ons). This data does not contain any personal information about individual users.

5. Children’s Privacy

NexaTabs is intended for professional and general adult use. We do not knowingly target or collect data from children under the age of 13.

6. Data Security

Since all data remains stored locally on your device, its security depends entirely on the security of your browser and operating system. We recommend keeping your browser and device updated with the latest security patches.

7. Your Rights and Control

You have complete control over your data:

• You can delete individual workspaces or clear all data at any time from within the extension.

• You can export your workspaces as a JSON backup file.

• Uninstalling NexaTabs will remove all associated local storage from your browser.

 

8. Future Changes and Company Structure

NexaTabs is the first product developed by Nebula Personalization Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd. As we grow and potentially launch additional products under an umbrella brand, we remain committed to maintaining the same strict local-only, privacy-first approach. Any future changes (such as introducing optional cloud features) would be clearly communicated and would require updating this Privacy Policy.
