Bring tabs from OneTab, Workona, and Chrome groups
The Import Wizard (beta) helps you switch to NexaTabs in about a minute. Choose Chrome tab groups (auto-detect), browser bookmarks (group by folder, date, or site), or import from another tool via paste or file upload.
Supported formats include OneTab, Session Buddy, Workona, Toby, NexaTabs JSON, and plain URL lists. Imports merge into NexaTabs — existing workspaces are never replaced. Name clashes get an (imported) suffix; new imports can show an Imported badge for about 48 hours.
Preview new versus already saved items before you commit. Quality depends on the source export. Very large lists process locally and can take longer. After import, rename workspaces and add notes so the migrated set matches how you actually work.
Note: Import backup in Settings is different — it replaces all local NexaTabs data and requires explicit confirm.

FAQs
Will import delete my current workspaces?
No. The wizard merges. Only Import backup replaces everything, after you confirm.

Why is Continue to preview greyed out?
On the paste path, add text first. You can still upload a file without using the text box.
Can I undo an import?
Review the preview first. You can delete imported workspaces afterward if needed.
